Roots of Tomorrow

The main objective of the project is to strengthen the stability, resilience and professionalism of 43 non-governmental organisations through the implementation of mentored educational and development pathways, measured by an increase in individual and organisational competencies, as well as the effective and timely implementation of the grants received. The ‘Roots of Tomorrow’ educational and development programme is a comprehensive support package, combining grants for institutional development, education and monitoring throughout the change process, tailored to the needs of each organisation. It is a systemic laboratory for institutional change, the results of which may serve as a model for future editions of the programme.

The programme is designed as a strategic partnership established by the PKO Bank Polski Foundation and the Information Society Development Foundation (ISDF).
